Keshet Ranch is being built by a team that brings together therapeutic experience, ecological entrepreneurship, technology systems, and a deep commitment to community rehabilitation.

Guy Chandler

Founder and CEO of the public benefit company

Guy leads the establishment of the ranch and its logistical infrastructure. He is a therapeutic massage and breathwork practitioner with proven experience supporting hundreds of clients. He holds a practical engineering degree in metals, brings a deep passion for healing, and is a musician who supports healing processes through sound healing.

Tomer is a technology entrepreneur and builder of advanced automation systems. He is responsible for the company’s technology infrastructure and for building future systems for the Keshet Peace Fund. He has practiced and coached the Satya method for more than a decade, and is committed to easing suffering and creating freedom, harmony, and calm.

Ecological entrepreneur and fundraising systems lead

Aviv founded the global Bustan Paradise Fund, which manages a network of projects for the future of Israel. He combines agroecological knowledge, business innovation, and cultural vision to connect communities and donors and create international initiatives with eco-cultural rehabilitation impact. He also founded Venatata, an organization that created an environmental movement in Israel, and is a TOYOTA EARTH PRIZE 2024 winner.
